Put on your walking boots, pack your torch, fill up your hip flask and lets go on an adventure to find The Pickle Factory in East London. Each of the five courses designed by chef Ellen Parr will encapsulate the fun, experimental, sometimes charcoaled flavours of camping, taking you back in time to your family holidays.
Set designer Alice Hodge will transform the white walls of The Pickle Factory transporting you instantly to a campsite in the country side. Tents, nature, birds and campfires. There will be the opportunity in the evening to barter in the well stocked camping shop. Whilst outside courtyard hosts camp fires, benches, seagulls, and if you’re lucky a campfire sing song! The Art of Dining’s trademark interactive elements will feature throughout the meal, with bags of marshmallows, cooking your own food and sharing flasks.
