28th Sept – 8th October – We are designing the food and decorations at the world’s greatest beer festival recreated London style.
A collaboration between Moro trained Chef Ellen Parr and Artist set designer Alice Hodge.
They met at university in Glasgow, where they would often create a feast from the contents of a M&S skip after a night out.
Chef Ellen Parr spent her formative years working at Moro and you can taste the Middle Eastern and Spanish influences in her food.
Designer Alice Hodge is an art follower & collector of tat. Interactive elements and attention to detail are what make her tick.
